Your Privacy Choices
You're in control of your data at Persona. This page is your hub for exercising every privacy choice — whether you want to access what we hold, correct it, delete it permanently, or limit how your sensitive information is used. Here's how to exercise each one.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — full stop. There's no ad money in your data, and there never will be. The choices below are still yours, and we make each of them easy to use.
We don't sell or share your data
Persona does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California's CCPA/CPRA. There's nothing to opt out of — but this is our standing commitment, not a loophole.
Sensitive info runs the service — nothing more
We only use sensitive personal information — such as your sexual orientation and biometric verification data — to operate the dating service and confirm real people. We never use it to infer characteristics about you for advertising or profiling.
Access, correct, or delete your data
You can permanently delete your account and data any time in the app: You tab → Delete Account. To access, export, or correct your information, email us and we'll take care of it.
privacy@persona-us.comWe honor GPC signals automatically
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we don't sell or share to begin with, you're already covered — automatically.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@persona-us.com or use in-app deletion (You tab → Delete Account). We'll verify your identity before acting on requests that involve accessing or deleting personal information, so we can be sure the request is really yours. We respond within the timeframe required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, provided they give us proof of authorization and we can verify your identity.
California residents
These rights — to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information — arise under California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. You will never be discriminated against for exercising them. For full detail on the categories of information we collect and how these rights apply, see the California section of our Privacy Policy.
