Response times
We're a small, focused team. Most emails get a reply within a day or two, and we prioritize safety reports — those are typically reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. We don't offer phone support, but we read and answer every message.
How to report someone in the app
The quickest way to report a user or a specific piece of content is right where it happened: open the conversation, tap the menu, and choose Report or Block — or long-press a message or photo to report just that. You can also email safety@persona-us.com. Reports are confidential.
